Breakfast Parfaits*
1 pint lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 package cool whip light
granola
seasonal fruit of your liking, cut in small chunks
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt and cool whip until nice and mixed together. In a cute martini glass, or wine glass, put the first layer of the yogurt mixture. Then top that with the fruit, then granola. Keep layering till you reach the top! Perfect for breakfast or brunch, or even a little healthy snack! YUM!
