• Easy Cheesy Grits*

    3 cups water, boiling

    1 cup 5 minutes grits

    1/4 cup pepper jack cheese, crumbled

    3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar

    1 tablespoon butter

    salt

    pepper

    This is so yummy and cheesy! Perfect with fish! Ok, this recipe is really hard… ready? In a saucepan add the grits to the boiling water. Add the cheeses, butter, salt, and pepper, and stir. Cook for 5 minutes! BAM! Easy cheesy grits… man that was tough ;)
