• Garlic Pasta*

    1 pound spaghetti (or any pasta) cooked and drained

    1 stick butter

    4 cloves garlic

    1 cup parmesan

    1 big bunch of handful basil, about 1/2 cup

    salt

    pepper

    Ok this is super easy and so good with seafood! So first thing is first… cook and drain the pasta according to the box. Once you’ve drained the pasta go ahead and add a stick of butter to the bottom of the pot. Let the butter melt, but don’t let it burn! Once the butter has melted, add the garlic and let cook just into you smell it, almost 1 minute! Once the garlic is cooked go and add the cooked pasta. Toss all together! Then add the shredded parmesan and chopped basil. Toss altogether until it’s all mixed together and presto!.. a perfect side dish. :)
