Melon with prosciutto*
Half a cantaloupe, peeled, cut in strips
5 pieces proscuitto (1/4 lb) cut in half longways
salt
pepper
Ok this is about the easiest hors d’oeuvre you can possible make!!!!! First you have to get everything ready, you need to peel, take out the seeds, and cut the cantaloupe. You can see this is the section of Blakely’s How To’s if you need some help
Ok so once you have that cut up you want to cut the strips on the proscuitto in half longways so you have nice long strips. Now, once you’ve done that all you have to do is assemble! Take a strip of the melon and wrap the proscuitto around the middle of it. Once you’ve done that just sprinkle with some salt and pepper and presto!, a great appetizer. Yayyy!!
