    Baked Breakfast Sandwich*

    1 baguette (15 inches long)
    5 large eggs
    1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
    3 tablespoons milk
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
