About
Hi everyone, my names Blakely and this is for all you girls that want to impress that special someone, or just for yourself, whatever! I have two passions in life, cooking, and… shopping. Of course! So I knew this was exactly what I wanted to do when I was at my first week of college in a stupid lecture that I cared nothing about… yuck! So I did what every girl would do, I called daddy and had him immediately transfer me to culinary school , yum! So, here we are! I graduated, and of course don’t want to work… double yuck!, so I made this website to fund all my shopping habits. Hope you all like it, and if not don’t tell me ![]()
Love,
Blakely

Hi Blakely,
Love your website. Someone mentioned it today under a AOL story (Make Chicken and Rice in 15 minutes)and I must say, I enjoyed your video more than the TV cooking shows I’ve seen. Maybe it’s that feeling of “realness” that I liked. Will share this with all my Facebook friends.

I’ve been following your site and was just checking for a pizza dough how to but didn’t find one. Do you make pizzas? From what I’ve heard it seems pretty simple to make, some people use sugar it sounds a little gross to me so I was wondering if there was any purpose behind it.

Hi Sellie!
I love making homemade pizzas. I don’t have a recipe on here for a good dough that’s definitely on my list of recipes to do. The dough is very easy to make… just a little time consuming. Well actually you have to put sugar in it. The yeast eats the sugar which produces carbon dioxide which causes the dough to rise. So if you don’t put in any sugar your dough won’t rise! Its only a small amount of sugar that you need and you can’t taste it. Hope this helps and thanks for writing!

Thanks Blakely!
Obviously I don’t cook much but that makes sense. Your tutorials make me less apprehensive about cooking. Do you have any favorite vegetarian dishes?
