How To Make The Capital Grille’s Lobster Mac and Cheese Recipe
Creamy and indulgent mac and cheese with succulent lobster chunks.

Ingredients
- 1 lb elbow pasta
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz grated white cheddar cheese
- 4 oz grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 2 minutes less than package directions.

In a large pot, melt the butter and whisk in flour until smooth.

Add milk, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Cook until mixture thickens.

Add in the white cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. Stir until melted.

Add in cooked pasta and chopped lobster meat. Mix well.

Transfer mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs and melted butter. Spread evenly on top of the mac and cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
